Jayashree Mitra

Dr. Jayashree Mitra focuses on patent and other intellectual property work, often in relation to pharmaceutical and cannabis subject matter. She has successfully litigated major drugs on behalf of Fortune pharmaceutical companies, including at trial, and internationally throughout Europe and India. Dr. Mitra is ideally situated to digest the science underlying innovative cannabis technology products. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked as a pharmacologist and neuroscientist. She possesses a PhD in pharmacology from Yale University, and was a member of the Law Review at Northwestern School of Law.
