Jillian Dragutsky

Jillian Dragutsky has vast experience in dealing with multiple types of business. Her extensive knowledge of multiple facets of business makes her a valuable team member.

At AJE Gourmet she interfaced with an expansive client list that included approximately 1100 customers that engaged the services and products offered either on a continual basis or from time to time. She was responsible for evaluating and acquiring new products and product lines for distribution to existing clients, as well as for expanding the client base based on the acquisition of new lines. She was instrumental in communicating with vendors, customers and in-house employees. All marketing strategies and materials were developed by Jillianian and disseminated to employees and clients. She processed orders, coordinated deliveries, handled customer relations and queries. She was versed in all aspects of operations from bookkeeping to inventory control, employee management, scheduling, ordering and customer service, as well as multitude of other operational directives.  

As a Corporate Consultant she developed business and marketing plans, research opportunities, coordinated R&D, devised file systems in both digital and hard copy, assisted in  developing training solutions, and developed multimedia and video solutions for integration with the burgeoning internet field.  Her experience as a consultant had her dealing with a continuously varied landscape that was evolving as the internet was first becoming a viable option for B2B as well as B2C.

She had fine tuned her abilities to communicate with a customer base and in-house employees working with both Techlink and Westar Internet Services in the 1990’s. It was here that she developed a keen sense of conveying information to a multitude of stakeholders. She handled all phases of business development and growth opportunities. On a daily basis she generated reports and presentations that were utilized by management.

Fresh out of high school she started Arrest-A-Flame, a fire retardant company that primarily sold to manufacturers of goods. It was a small operation that forced Jillianian to wear the many hats of a new entrepreneur. She learned all phases of business operations including: advertising, R&D, shipping and handling, all forms of office and financial management, acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers through relationships.
