Solonje Burnett is a consultant, creator, breathwork guide, international speaker and the co-founder and CEO of Humble Bloom. As a first generation Caribbean-American, she is dedicated to elevating the marginalized global majority in the cannabis industry and beyond. Humble Bloom is a Brooklyn based cannabis culture agency cross pollinating plant advocacy and intersectional experience rooted education as a vehicle for larger conversation, brand integration, conscious consumption and community action.

Solonje's background in workplace culture, strategy and design, cultural programming, executive event production spanning luxe leadership retreats to festivals, and DEI consulting informs Humble Bloom’s mission. Brands like Google, Bloomberg, Afropunk, Intersectional Environmentalist, Databricks, Summit Series, and Soho House have benefited from her expertise.

Solonje advocates for people first and is motivated by holistic sustainability, wellbeing and equity. She performs with the creative protest group Resistance Revival Chorus.
