Moore has been a driving force behind California’s legalization efforts and commercial regulation for nearly a decade. In 2011, Moore began by working for the Speaker of the Assembly to develop legislation around medical cannabis regulations that became the building blocks of the regulatory framework in place today. Moore then helped develop Proposition 64 and successfully campaigned the ballot measure in 2016 to pass California’s legalization of adult-use cannabis. Moore went on to replicate his regulatory and licensing programs as an advisor for both private and public sectors as well as jurisdictions on an international scale. As a founding partner at Axiom Advisors, Moore has overseen hundreds of licensees that span the supply chain within California in addition to the nation’s largest brands. Moore is a co-founder of Embarc, Embarc Events, and Boca Del Rio Farms, one of the State’s largest cultivation sites based in Mendota, CA.
