Geoff Graber

As a coach and thought-partner for founders and CEOs, Geoff combines his 30-year career as an entrepreneur, executive, and adviser with a passion for supporting leaders of evolutionary businesses. Geoff co-founded Evolution--a coaching and consulting firm with 30 partners across the US--in 2012 to partner with companies to fulfill their purpose as world-enriching entities, serving all stakeholders while building iconic cultures. He has worked with Slack, Snapchat, Change.org, Coursera, NVA, and Kleiner Perkins, among many others.

Geoff began coaching more than a dozen years ago after recognizing the critical need for support, first in himself, and then in other leaders, teams and companies to align human development and business opportunity, as well as a belief that business has far greater potential than profit maximization through increased consciousness and progressive organizational design, culture, and governance. Prior to Evolution,
Geoff started three other companies, IQI, Muse, and Scout OnDemand, and was an executive at EA and Yahoo!, where he built world-leading video game businesses.He started his career in venture capital at Bank America Capital Corp and IDG China Fund, the first venture firm in China.
